Jerk Seasoning

Ingredients

4 tablespoon ground allspice
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tsp ground red pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 crushed scotch bonnet pepper
1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients and rub 1- 1 1/2 tablespoon of seasoning for each pound of meat.
