Conch Salad

Flag of the Bahamas
 

Ingredients

3/4 lb dressed conch
1 small onion
1 green pepper
1 medium sized tomato
Juice of 2 limes


Directions

  1. Chop fine the conch and onions. Cut remaining vegetables in 1/2 inch cubes.
  2. Add seasonings and lime juice.
  3. Serve chilled.
