Ingredients
- 2 lb goat
- 2 large onions
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 2 Cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 Scallions, chopped
- 1 tbsp Allspice
- 2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 bunch herbs
- 2 clove garlic chopped
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Heat the vegetable oil and add the garlic, scallions, pepper, curry, allspice, chicken broth, and ginger.
- Cook for a 5 minutes then add the goat and remaining ingredients.
- Simmer in water for 1 1/2 hr until meat is tender.
