Jerk Barbecue Ribs PDF Print E-mail

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Jerk seasoning
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 4 lb pork spareribs
  • 2 cups barbecue sauce

Directions

  1. Combine the jerk seasoning, sugar and vinegar.
  2. Add the ribs and turn to coat thoroughly. Marinate in the refrigerator overnight or 3-4 hours.
  3. Heat up a barbecue grill.
  4. Cook for 1- 1 ½ hours, turning and brushing. Frequently with the marinade.
  5. Brush the ribs with the barbecue sauce during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
