Ingredients


  • 1 lb shrimp (clean and peeled)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 minced cloves
  • 1/2 green chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp rubbed thyme
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt, black, and hot pepper to taste

 

Directions

  1. Use a large pan and sauté the onions for 3 minutes in 1 tablespoon of oil.
  2. Add crushed garlic, peppers and thyme, sauté for 2 minutes.
  3. Add tomato and cook, stirring constantly, for five minutes.
  4. Add more oil if needed, then add shrimp. Stir until they are firm and pink (about 3 minutes).
