Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp (clean and peeled)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 minced cloves
- 1/2 green chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1/2 tsp rubbed thyme
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt, black, and hot pepper to taste
Directions
- Use a large pan and sauté the onions for 3 minutes in 1 tablespoon of oil.
- Add crushed garlic, peppers and thyme, sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add tomato and cook, stirring constantly, for five minutes.
- Add more oil if needed, then add shrimp. Stir until they are firm and pink (about 3 minutes).
